Ginger Bouvier, RDN, LDN, is a registered dietitian/nutritionist with over 35 years of experience and has maintained board certification from the Commission of Dietetic Registration since 1988. A native New Orleanian, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Louisiana State University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Baylor University Medical Center. She later earned her Master of Education in Human Performance and Health Promotion from the University of New Orleans.
