As Chief Financial Officer, Annette LeBlanc serves as an integral part of the CrescentCare senior leadership team, working together to shape the future of the organization. She is responsible for the overall financial management of the organization and building the staffing and system infrastructure for long-term sustainability. LeBlanc brings over three decades of nonprofit financial, servant leadership experience to the position.

Active in the community — serving as Chairperson for the Jefferson Area Agency on Aging Advisory Committee (2022-23) and previously as Chairperson for the Jefferson Council on Aging Board of Directors (2011-12) — she has been recognized multiple times by New Orleans CityBusiness, awarded the Money Makers Hall of Fame (2021), Money Makers Honoree (2021, 2018, 2011) and a Women of the Year Honoree (2010).

LeBlanc is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting and minor in management. She graduated from the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute in 2010 and is a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
