To help support our community, CrescentCare is offering free community health screenings every month, no insurance required. At these health fairs, we’ll check your blood pressure, glucose levels, cholesterol, and body mass index (BMI). Speak with pharmacists and providers about your health concerns and get help finding insurance, if you need it.

Our free community health screenings will be held on third Wednesday of each month through the end of the year, and appointment slots are now open for May 19, June 23, July 21, and August 18 for slots from 1-5 pm. Sign up online here or call 504-821-2601.
